Fried green peas with radish and cashews

Ingredients

  • Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice Vinegar for Sushi - 1 tablespoon
  • Sweet Chili Sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame Oil - 2 teaspoons
  • Grated Ginger Root - 1 tablespoon
  • Snap Peas - 8.8 oz
  • Radish - 1 bunch
  • Roasted Peanuts - 4 tablespoons
  • Green onion tops - 4 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat, add the ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds.

Step 2

Add the peas, chopped radish, and sliced green onions. Stir-fry for 2–4 minutes until the peas are tender.

Step 3

Add the sauce, remove from heat, sprinkle with nuts, and serve.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili sauce.
