- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 3 cups
- Beef - 10.6 oz
- Pork Blood - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 5 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the meat and onion through a meat grinder, add a little milk. Knead the filling (a bit more liquid than for cutlets).
Step 2
Knead a soft dough from the remaining milk, butter, egg, and flour.
Step 3
Roll out the dough and cut out circles.
Step 4
Place the filling, press the edges of the pie with a fork.
Step 5
Fry in a large amount of vegetable oil.
