  • Honey - 2½ tablespoons
  • Chopped almonds - 1.4 oz
  • Hazelnut - 1.4 oz
  • Pecan - 1.4 oz
  • Sunflower Seeds - 1.1 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon
  • Cardamom - ¼ teaspoon
  • Ground clove - a pinch
  • Light Raisins, Seedless - 6.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Grease with vegetable oil.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add the honey, and cook for 2 minutes until it starts bubbling at the edges.

Step 3

Add the nuts, seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, and cloves. Cook, stirring, for about 8 minutes until the nuts are golden brown.

Step 4

Add the raisins, mix, and spread the mixture onto the baking sheet. Let cool.
