- Parsley Stems - 6 stems
- Coarse Salt - a pinch
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Za'atar - a pinch

Cut the stems to a length of 5 cm.
Step 2
Mix the spices with the oil and coat the stems in this mixture.
Step 3
Fry in a pan (3 minutes) or in the oven (5 minutes at 392°F) until crispy. All moisture should be released, and they should become dry. The stems will turn brown (but not black).
