- Whey - 17 fl oz
- Sugar - 3 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 2 lbs
- Pear Jam - 8 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough from all the ingredients, place it in a bag (without holes) and submerge it in a bucket of very cold water for 10 minutes. Remove the dough and knead it again.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 6 parts, roll each into a sausage shape and cut it into pieces (4 cm). Roll out the circles, place the filling inside, and seal them.
Step 3
Fry the pastries in vegetable oil.
