- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Cream - 5.3 oz
- Hazelnut - 1.8 oz
- Dried ground orange peel - 1.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 4 tablespoons

Step 1
Peel the pears and cut them into quarters, removing the core.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, flour, milk, and cream. In a skillet, melt the butter and add the pears. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until set. Transfer to a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 392°F for 10 minutes. Cook until a golden crust forms.
