- Salad Potatoes - 5.3 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 qt
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Grill Meat Spice Blend - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take out the frozen potatoes and simultaneously heat the skillet to maximum. Pour in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add the potatoes and fry for 1 minute on each side. Cover with a lid and reduce the heat slightly. Occasionally shake the skillet without opening the lid.
Step 2
After 4 minutes, lower the heat further, open the lid, and add spices, salt, and pepper. Fry for 3–4 minutes. Add the butter. Fry for a few more minutes on low heat. When the potatoes are ready, turn the heat to maximum and fry for another minute, stirring constantly.
