- Chicken Egg - 6 pieces
- Sweet Pepper - 3 pieces
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Parsley - 0 oz
- Broccoli - 5 oz
- Lemon - ¼ pieces
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Butter - 0 oz
- Thyme - 1 bunch
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the eggs with salt, ground nutmeg, and paprika.
Step 2
Break the broccoli into florets, peel the bell pepper and cut it into thin strips. Slice the onion into thin half-rings.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic and parsley, then mix them with lemon juice and olive oil.
Step 4
Sauté the diced onion in butter until soft, then add the broccoli and cook for a minute. Next, add the bell pepper and sauté for another minute. After that, sprinkle in a pinch of thyme leaves, and after a minute, add the parsley mixed with garlic in lemon juice and oil. Finally, pour in the eggs after thirty seconds.
Step 5
When the eggs start to set, transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 355°F for seven to ten minutes. Serve seasoned with salt, pepper, and sprinkled with thyme leaves.
