- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves - 15.9 oz
- Large eggs - 9 pieces
- Water - 1 tablespoon
- Goat cheese - 3.2 oz
- Gruyère cheese - 2.8 oz

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in an oven-safe skillet, add chopped onion, salt, and pepper.

Sauté over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion becomes translucent.

Add chopped spinach, water, and cook, stirring, for 1–2 minutes.

Then crack in the eggs, sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese and Gruyère.
