  • Scallions - 1 bunch
  • Leek - 7.1 oz
  • Milk - 4 tablespoons
  • Goat cheese - 4.4 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 6 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the leek and green onion. Blanch the leek in salted boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water, and dry on a kitchen towel.

Step 2

Whisk the eggs, milk, and grated nutmeg together. Season to taste. Cut the goat cheese into small cubes, then add it to the egg mixture along with the leek, spinach, and green onion.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet. Sauté the mixture for 4–5 minutes, then place it under a preheated grill and keep until golden brown.
