Ingredients

  • Thyme - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Gruyère cheese - 2.5 oz
  • Cream - 10 fl oz
  • Shallot - 3 pieces
  • Tomatoes - 8.8 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the shallots for 3 minutes. Add 250 g of quartered tomatoes and finely chopped thyme leaves, cook for 2 minutes. Season to taste.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease a muffin tin. Whisk 4 eggs with the cream and season. Pour into the molds and top with the tomato mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 12–15 minutes until puffed up.

Step 3

Serve warm or cold with a green salad.
