Frozen Almond Raspberry Pie
Ingredients
- Coarse flour cookies - 4.2 oz
- Ground Almonds - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Vegetable Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 19.8 oz
- Champagne Sorbet - 19.8 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 9.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies, ground almonds, vegetable oil, sugar, and salt. Press the mixture into a round springform pan and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until the edges are lightly browned. Let cool.
Step 3
Spread the ice cream and sorbet over the cooled crust, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the freezer for 4 hours.
Step 4
Remove the edges from the pan and decorate the pie with fresh raspberries. Cut into segments and serve.
