Ingredients
- White Chocolate - 12.3 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 21.2 oz
- Whipped Cream - 9 fl oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Strawberry - 5 pieces
- Pear Jam - 5 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Fresh Berries - 7.8 oz
- Almond Candy Coating - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a water bath, melt the white chocolate, stir in the sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix the whipped cream, mascarpone, and the slightly cooled white chocolate.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix one-third of the berries with 2 tablespoons of jam.
Step 3
Prepare a loaf pan by lining it with plastic wrap.
Step 4
First layer: spread half of the mascarpone on the bottom.
Step 5
Second layer: the mixture of jam and berries.
Step 6
Third layer: the remaining mascarpone. Smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
Step 7
Fourth layer: arrange the cookies in a single row.
Step 8
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 6 hours before serving.
Step 9
Prepare the sauce. Cut 5 strawberries in half and heat them with the remaining jam in a saucepan. Cook until the strawberries become soft. Then blend this mixture in a blender and cool it down.
Step 10
When serving, remove the cake from the mold, take off the wrap, and drizzle with the sauce. Garnish with fresh berries.
