Description

Before freezing, be sure to taste your mixture, as it will be noticeably less sweet when cold. Make it a little sweeter than you like.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry - 17.6 oz
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
  • Natural Yogurt - 7 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Blend the strawberries with sugar and lemon juice in a blender until pureed.

Step 2

Carefully remove and mix thoroughly with the yogurt.

Step 3

Pour into a shallow container and place in the freezer for a couple of hours. The mixture should freeze at the edges and start to set in the middle.

Step 4

Remove! Put it back in the blender (this will help eliminate the 'icy' texture).

Step 5

Again — into the container. After the second time, line the bottom with parchment paper; it will be much easier to remove later. Dip the container in hot water for a few seconds and pull at the edges.

Step 6

Place in the refrigerator.

Step 7

Half an hour before serving, move the ice cream from the freezer to the refrigerator and serve with whatever you like.
