- Greek Yogurt - 14.1 oz
- 20% Cream - 4 fl oz
- Sugar - 2.6 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Nutella® - 5.8 oz
- Ferrero Rocher Candies - 6 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the cream, sugar, and salt almost to a boil, then remove from heat, add the Nutella, and stir until fully dissolved. Add the yogurt and mix until smooth. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate overnight.
Step 2
Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the instructions, adding the quartered candies in the last few minutes of freezing. Transfer the finished yogurt to a container and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours until firm.
