Ingredients
- Natural Yogurt - 21.2 oz
- Honey - 5.6 oz
- Vanilla Pod - ½ piece
- Honey - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the yogurt, honey (if its texture is not liquid but solid or crystallized, melt it in a water bath until it reaches a liquid consistency), and the vanilla seeds scraped from half of the vanilla pod. Place the mixture in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 2
Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and freeze it in an ice cream maker according to the instructions. If you do not have an ice cream maker, immediately pour the mixture into a container for ice cream and place it in the freezer. Take out the container and stir its contents every half hour until frozen.
Step 3
Serve the frozen yogurt with granola, nuts, and honeycomb.
