  • 20% Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
  • Nectarines - 2 pieces
  • Strawberry - 17.6 oz
  • Fresh Berries - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Lightly whip the mascarpone, sour cream, and sugar.

Step 2

Soak each cake layer with the resulting cream.

Step 3

Place sliced strawberries on one layer.

Step 4

On the next layer, add sliced nectarines.

Step 5

Continue alternating layers.

Step 6

Spread cream on the last layer and decorate with berries.

Step 7

Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
