Description

The filling can be changed; for example, I made it with blueberries without bananas (very tasty, but you need more sugar).

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 2 cups
  • Margarine - 7.1 oz
  • Sugar - 9 tablespoons
  • Vanilla salt - 2 teaspoons
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
  • Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Potato protein - 2 tablespoons
  • Strawberry - 7.9 oz
  • Bananas - 2 pieces
  • Salt - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sift the flour with salt into a mound on the table or in a food processor bowl.

Step 2

Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and one teaspoon of vanilla sugar.

Step 3

Place diced margarine on top.

Step 4

Chop the flour with margarine in the food processor for 5-7 seconds (or using two knives). You should get a flour crumb.

Step 5

Crack an egg into a clean bowl and lightly beat it (whisk or fork).

Step 6

Pour the egg into the flour crumb.

Step 7

Mix the flour mixture with the egg in the processor bowl for 3-5 seconds (or mix by hand).

Step 8

Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 40-60 minutes.

Step 9

You can prepare the dough in advance and keep it in the refrigerator until baking.

Step 10

Prepare the sour cream and egg filling. In a bowl, combine 2 eggs, sour cream, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, add starch, and mix well with a whisk until smooth.

Step 11

Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut the bananas into small pieces, mix with strawberries, the sour cream and egg filling, and 3 tablespoons of sugar.

Step 12

Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it out slightly, and line the bottom and sides of the pie dish, forming edges.

Step 13

Place the dish with the dough in a preheated oven at 190-392°F and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Step 14

Pour the strawberry-banana mixture onto the baked crust.

Step 15

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 392°F.
