- Milk - 1 teaspoon
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs, beat the yolks with sugar and salt, sift the flour, add milk to the flour and mix, then add the yolks beaten with sugar and melted butter. Mix and gently fold in the whipped egg whites, then stir in the vegetable oil. Pour 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it, pour the batter into the pan, and bake thin pancakes.
Step 2
Cut the finished pancakes into strips, place cottage cheese mixed with sugar and sliced kiwi, banana, and mango on the edge of each strip.
