Ingredients
- Savoiardi Cookies - 7.1 oz
- Pears - 7.1 oz
- Fig - 7.1 oz
- Watermelon - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Goat cheese - 3.5 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 3.5 oz
- Apple Wine - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crumble the cookies by hand and place them at the bottom of clear glasses. Pour wine into each glass and stir with the crumbs.
Step 2
Peel the pear and fig, then chop them randomly. Blend them together in a blender. Transfer the resulting puree into half of the prepared glasses.
Step 3
In other glasses, place pieces of watermelon. You can use a melon baller to scoop out round balls from the watermelon.
Step 4
Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat the yolks with sugar until pale. Add the goat cheese and mascarpone, and continue to beat until smooth. Transfer the resulting cream to glasses on top of the fruits.
Step 5
Whip the egg whites and spoon them over the dessert as a finishing touch.
