Ingredients
- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 16.9 oz
- Dried Turkey - 5.3 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 8 fl oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Nuts - 5.3 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until frothy.
Step 2
Gradually add the vegetable oil while continuing to beat. Chop the dried fruits into small pieces.
Step 3
Mix the whole wheat flour, baking soda, dried fruits, nuts (you can chop them or add them whole), grated lemon zest, and milk until smooth, then pour the batter into a greased and floured or breadcrumb-dusted mold.
Step 4
Bake the cake for 65–75 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the cake chilled, cut into portions.
