Description
In this cake, you can use any dried fruits to your taste, and you can also add nuts. Breadcrumbs can be replaced with semolina, and vegetable oil can be substituted with butter; we use this to prevent the cake from sticking to the pan. The finished cake can be dusted with cocoa, nut crumbs, or left plain and glazed. It all depends on your taste preferences and the availability of time and ingredients. - Wheat Flour - 15.9 oz
- Dried Apricots - 2.5 oz
- Prunes - 2.5 oz
- Raisins - 2.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Kefir - 17 fl oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the flour into a dry bowl.

Add the baking powder.
Step 4
Then add the vanillin, salt, and sugar.

Crack the eggs into the dry ingredients.

Add the kefir.
Step 7
Cut the butter into small pieces.

Melt the butter.

Add it to the bowl with the other ingredients.

Mix everything with a mixer.

Start mixing at low speed, then increase it.

Wash (if necessary) and chop the dried apricots and prunes.
