Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Yogurt powder - 5 fl oz
- Sugar - 8 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cream - 1 fl oz
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Nectarines - 1 piece
- Donut Peaches - 2 pieces
- Strawberry - 3 pieces
- Semolina - 6 tablespoons
- Plums - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a blender, mix the cottage cheese, yogurt, and semolina. Add the eggs, sugar, low-fat cream, and baking powder. Grate the orange peel finely to obtain zest. You will need just a little, about half a teaspoon. Add the zest to the cottage cheese mixture and mix well.
Step 2
Pour the cottage cheese mixture into a greased and breadcrumb-dusted baking dish and place it in a preheated oven at 428°F for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the fruits and berries. After the casserole has baked for 10 minutes, place the fruits on top and sprinkle them with sugar (2–3 tablespoons), then return to the oven for another 30 minutes. Let cool.
