Description

The same will be delicious with any other fruit. You can get creative and make it more complex: mix the oatmeal, wheat sprouts (10 g), and apple juice (150 ml) overnight, and leave it in the refrigerator. In the morning, peel and grate an apple, mix it with lemon juice (1 teaspoon), and add it to the oatmeal mixture. Also, finely chop 1 pear and add that too. Top it off with honey and yogurt, and mix everything together. Instead of honey, you can use maple syrup, and then you'll have Swiss muesli :)

  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Instant Oatmeal - 2.1 oz
  • Natural Yogurt - 4.2 oz
  • Apple - 1 piece

Prepare all the ingredients.
