Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- White Chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 15.9 oz
- Cream - 5 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Mix the flour, sugar, and butter (it is advisable to sift the flour and slightly melt the butter before mixing). Add the egg and, using your hands, form a ball of dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then roll out the dough, cut out circles, and place them in greased molds. To prevent the dough from rising in the middle, place a piece of parchment paper and fill it with rice (or something heavy). Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, take off the parchment paper with the rice, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Step 3
Melt the white chocolate and 125 grams of cheese in a double boiler. Mix well and add the remaining cheese to this mixture. Whip until smooth. Then add the cream and whip again until well combined.
Step 4
Place the cream in the baskets and refrigerate for 2–3 hours. Then decorate as desired.
