Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.4 oz
- Grapefruits - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
If your fruits are frozen, dip them in cold water to thaw. Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Blend the eggs and sugar together (either in a blender or by hand).
Step 3
Add the baking soda. Mix well.
Step 4
Add the flour and mix again.
Step 5
Add 4 tablespoons of sour cream and stir a little more.
Step 6
Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina (this step is optional; you can also line it with parchment paper, but this way is tastier) and pour part of the batter into the dish.
Step 7
Place the berries on top. Combinations can include kiwi with banana, cherries, or strawberries.
Step 8
Pour the remaining batter and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
