Ingredients
- Pears - 4 pieces
- Fresh Cranberries - 11.3 oz
- Apricots in their own juice - 15.9 oz
- Sugar - ¾ cup
- Ground Cinnamon - 3.5 oz
- Orange zest - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1⅓ cups
- Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Milk - ¼ cup
- Melted Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Eggs - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide

Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Step 2
Grease a 2.5-liter baking dish.
Step 3
In a large pot, combine the pears, cranberries, apricots, ¾ cup of sugar, cinnamon, and zest, and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until hot.
Step 4
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, ½ cup of sugar, baking soda, and salt, and mix well.
Step 5
Add the milk, melted butter, and eggs to the flour mixture, and mix until smooth.
Step 6
Pour the hot fruit mixture into the prepared baking dish, and top with pieces of butter.
Step 7
Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Step 8
Serve warm.
