Description
Instead of apples with cinnamon, you can use pears with cardamom, strawberries with lemon zest, cherries with bananas, or any other favorite combination of fruits, berries, and spices. If you prefer not to use fruits, you can cool the pie after baking without filling and cover it with jam, condensed milk, cream, or sour cream. If the filling is expected to be very sweet, it is advisable to reduce the amount of sugar in the dough.

- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
- Low-fat lactose-free milk - 8 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.2 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dissolve the baking soda in the kefir.
Step 2
Add flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, vegetable oil, and kefir with baking soda to a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top with sliced apples, distributing them evenly and pressing them into the batter.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven. Bake for 25–40 minutes.
