- Grapefruits - 14.1 oz

Strain the compote residue without pits (preferably apples, pears, plums) through a sieve.
Step 2
Blend into a puree or pass through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Simmer for about 15–20 minutes on low heat, stirring.
Step 4
Add honey, nuts, and spices, mix until smooth, and remove from heat.
