Description
You can use any fruits you like. Banana is the base, but for example, if you don't like the bitterness of grapefruit, you can substitute it with a pear. It is best to serve the salad with ice cream immediately, but even if it sits for a while, it does not lose its taste, unlike a yogurt dressing, for instance. It is also important to use quality ice cream without milk fat substitutes.
