- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Scallions - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 8 pieces
- Toasted Sesame - 0.4 oz
- Water - 5 tablespoons
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine the flour, finely chopped chilled butter, and salt. Blend into fine crumbs. Add ice water and quickly knead the dough. Form into a ball and refrigerate for about 20–30 minutes.
Step 2
Chop 5 boiled eggs into cubes, add finely chopped onions and cheese. Add 2 raw eggs (beaten beforehand) and mix gently.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.3–0.4 mm, place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spoon the filling into the center, fold the edges over, brush the galette with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown.
