Ingredients
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 7 cloves
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead all the ingredients for the dough.
Step 2
Cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place until it doubles in size.
Step 3
Divide the prepared dough into 16 pieces, approximately 50 grams each.
Step 4
Cover with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes or more to rise slightly.
Step 5
Place the softened butter, garlic, and herbs in a blender bowl and chop everything. You can also grate the garlic and mix all the components by hand.
Step 6
Make a cut in the center of each roll with a sharp knife or kitchen scissors, and fill the indentation with about half a teaspoon of the filling. This can also be done using a piping bag.
Step 7
Brush the rolls with the beaten egg yolk.
Step 8
Bake for 15 minutes at 356°F.
