Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.3 oz
- Salt - 0.2 oz
- Garlic - 1 head
- Milk - 8 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and oil. Gradually add warm milk.
Step 2
Add crushed garlic.
Step 3
Knead the dough for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Shape into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for 1 hour.
Step 5
Form 13–14 balls of equal size.
Step 6
The back of a plate works perfectly as a tortilla press.
Step 7
Fry the tortillas in a preheated cast iron skillet for 1 minute on each side.
