Ingredients
- Suluguni Cheese - 2.3 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Parsley - 1 sprig
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Flaky sea salt - a pinch
- Chili Flakes - a pinch
- Nut Bread - 1 slice
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut a slice of black bread about 1–1.5 cm thick.
Step 2
Peel the garlic.
Step 3
Place the bread on a preheated grill pan.
Step 4
Toast on both sides and remove from heat.
Step 5
Thinly slice the suluguni cheese.
Step 6
Salt the bread and rub it with garlic.
Step 7
Layer half of the sliced suluguni on the bread.
Step 8
Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 9
Place the tomatoes on the sandwich.
Step 10
Add parsley.
Step 11
Top with the remaining cheese and place on the heated pan.
Step 12
Cover with a lid and cook until the cheese melts over medium heat.
Step 13
Let it cool slightly, season with chili, and serve.
