Ingredients
- Apple - 24.7 oz
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Butter - 10.6 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 13.1 oz
- Milk - 3 spoons
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
We will knead the dough by mixing flour, butter, sugar, lemon zest, and eggs. Then, we will place it in a cool place for one hour.
Step 2
Roll out two-thirds of the dough into a thin layer and place it in a baking dish. Prick the dough with a fork.
Step 3
We will peel the apples, slice them into wedges, and sauté them in a pan. Then, we will mix them with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice, and place the mixture on the dough.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix together 2 eggs, milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 0.5 teaspoons of cinnamon, and a little flour (about 100–150 grams). Bring the mixture to a boil and pour it over the apples.
Step 5
Roll out the remaining dough, cut it into thin strips, and use them to decorate the pie before placing it in the oven to bake for 50–60 minutes at 392°F. Allow it to cool, then dust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
