Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 glass
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Scallions - 3 bunches
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 5.3 oz
- Sour Cream - 2 cans
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the butter into the flour, add the egg and salt. Knead the dough. Place it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the green onions, sauté them in butter, season with salt and pepper, and let cool.
Step 3
Cut the salmon fillet into strips and mix it with the onion.
Step 4
Mix the remaining eggs with sour cream, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Roll out the dough into a sheet and place it in a greased baking dish, slightly lifting the edges. Top the dough with pieces of salmon and onions, and pour the egg mixture over it.
Step 6
Bake at a power level above medium for 6 minutes.
