Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 12 oz
- Sugar - 2.6 oz
- Milk - 12 fl oz
- Butter - 6 teaspoons
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Ground Cinnamon - ½ spoons
- Apple - 24.7 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix 50 grams of sugar with cinnamon.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and the remaining 2 teaspoons of sugar. Gradually pour in the milk, adding the eggs one at a time, and whisk well after each addition.
Step 3
Peel the sweet apples, remove the cores, and slice them into 3 mm thick pieces. Mix the apples with lemon juice and add them to the batter.
Step 4
Place a skillet over medium heat and melt half a tablespoon of oil. Pour in batter using a ladle or half a ladle, depending on the size of pancakes you want. Flip them as soon as holes appear on the surface. Fry each side for a total of 4 minutes. Melt more oil if needed.
Step 5
Before serving, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
