- Oat flakes - ½ cup
- Sugar - ¾ cup

- Chopped almonds - 1.1 oz
- Candied fruits - 3.5 oz
- Large eggs - 2 pieces
- Buttermilk - 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil - 0.3 cups
- Turnips - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the carrots using a large grater.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 392°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease a muffin tin with oil or place paper liners in each cup.

In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, oat flour, sugar, flaxseeds, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and finely chopped ginger.
