- Oat flakes - 2.1 oz
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup - 1 fl oz
- Coconut Milk - 1 fl oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 1.1 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
It is highly recommended to peel and freeze the ginger in advance. For this cookie, freezing is particularly necessary: the fibers of fresh ginger will stick out unattractively from the cookies, but this problem will not occur with frozen ginger.
Step 2
Knead the dough well, place it in an airtight container or bag, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Remove, roll out the dough, and cut out the cookies.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven (356°F) for 8–10 minutes.
