- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz

In a skillet, sauté the frozen cranberries in a mixture of butter and sugar for two to three minutes. Then transfer the berries to a baking dish.
Step 2
Using a blender, crush the ginger cookies into large crumbs. Sprinkle the crumbs over the cranberries in the baking dish. Bake the crumble in a preheated oven at 356°F for twenty minutes.
