Description

  • Walnuts - 2.5 oz

  • Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
  • Ricotta cheese - 12.3 oz
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Candied fruits - 3.5 oz
  • Oranges - 1 piece
  • Lime - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For the shortcrust pastry, crumble the ladyfinger biscuits, chop the walnuts with a knife, add brown sugar and butter, mix everything well, then press the mixture into a 24 cm springform pan and refrigerate for twenty minutes.

Step 2

Grate the ginger and mix it in a bowl with sour cream, ricotta, one hundred grams of white sugar, eggs, and citrus zest.

Step 3

Cover the chilled crust with the ginger mixture and bake in the oven at 356°F for about half an hour.
