Ingredients
- Grated Ginger Root - 5.3 oz
- Rice - 17.6 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Sesame Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Soy Sauce - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the rice in advance and let it cool.
Step 2
Peel the ginger and grate it, preserving all the juice.

Beat the eggs slightly.
Step 4
Heat a wok over medium heat, add the ginger, and fry until the mixture dries out and the juice evaporates.

Pour in the sesame oil. It will boil and start bubbling, continue stirring. If you feel you can't work quickly in the wok, lower the heat.

Add the rice to the wok, stirring constantly.

When the rice is well mixed with the ginger, pour in the beaten eggs.

Increase the heat and cook until the rice and eggs are evenly mixed and the rice is fried.
