  • Ground Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
  • Grated Ginger Root - 2 teaspoons
  • Ground Nutmeg - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

Mix the flour with baking powder, ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Step 3

Soften the butter. Beat the butter with sugar until light, add the egg, flour, and knead the dough.

Step 4

Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Cut out cookies in various shapes.

Step 5

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cookies on it. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
