Description

One of the best pastry chefs in the city, John Smith, prepares glazed cheese curd bars.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 6 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 0.7 oz
  • 10% cream - 5 fl oz
  • Vanilla Pod - to taste
  • Cocoa Powder - 2.5 oz
  • Chocolate 53% - 7.1 oz
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - to taste
  • Strawberry - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Blend the cottage cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the cream and vanilla, and blend again.

Step 2

Place the mixture in a piping bag. Fill the silicone molds with the mixture. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. Put them in the freezer for 2–3 hours.

Step 3

Place the chocolate and cocoa butter in a double boiler. Melt until smooth and uniform.

Step 4

Remove the cheese sticks from the freezer. Dip the cheese sticks into the glaze, holding them by the sticks. Place the cheese sticks on parchment paper. Allow the glaze to set.

Step 5

Garnish with sweetened condensed milk and strawberries.
