- Cottage cheese - 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 0 oz
- 10% cream - 5 fl oz
- Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate - 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 0 oz
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 0 oz
- Fresh Mint - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese, powdered sugar, cream, and vanilla extract. If desired, strain through a sieve for a smooth, creamy consistency.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into rectangular silicone molds and freeze. To make it easier to remove the cheese from the mold, you can freeze it with a popsicle stick.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, and do the same with the cocoa butter, then mix them together. Remove the frozen mixture from the molds and coat it with glaze. Decorate with sweetened condensed milk and a mint leaf.
