This amount of cottage cheese yields about 8–10 bars.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 21.2 oz
- Sugar - 8 tablespoons
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Vanillin - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the cottage cheese, sugar, vanillin, and sour cream in a blender or food processor with the main blade. Melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the cottage cheese mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and pour it into cups (I used small disposable 100 g cups, which are available in every store).
Step 2
I had these sticks, but you can also use popsicle sticks. Insert the sticks into the cups filled with the cottage cheese mixture and place them in the freezer overnight. The frozen bars can be easily removed from the cups by placing them under hot water for a few seconds.
Step 3
Glaze: 100–150 g of dark chocolate, 4–6 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Break the chocolate into pieces and add the oil. Place in the microwave or over a water bath until the chocolate is completely melted. Drizzle chocolate over half of the bar, place it in the freezer for a couple of minutes, and then glaze the other half.
