- Gluten-Free Baking Mix - 5.3 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- Water - 2 fl oz
- Apple - 3 pieces
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup - 4 fl oz
- Cinnamon - 0.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour and salt, then add the oil and mix well. Gradually add water while mixing everything together. Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Take the chilled dough and press it into the edges of the baking dish to form a crust. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the crust is set and golden brown at the edges. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Step 3
Reduce the oven temperature to 356°F.
Step 4
Slice the apples. Mix the syrup, cinnamon, and vegetable oil. Drizzle this mixture over the apples and mix well to distribute evenly.
Step 5
Evenly layer the apples on the pie crust.
Step 6
Bake the pie at 356°F for 40–50 minutes.
