Description
Suitable for paleo, AIP, FODMAP (without garlic).
Ingredients
- Tapioca - 3.2 oz
- Coconut flour - 1.1 oz
- Baking Soda - a pinch
- Garlic Powder - 0.2 oz
- Dried thyme - 0.1 oz
- Dried Rosemary - 0.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- Gelatin - 1.1 oz
- Water - 4 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix tapioca, coconut flour, baking soda, salt, and spices. Add oil and stir.
Step 2
Dissolve gelatin in hot water until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the gelatin mixture into the dough and mix.
Step 4
Shape into rolls or place in a mold. Place rolls on a greased baking sheet or parchment paper.
Step 5
Bake for 15–17 minutes at 356°F.
