- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Muscovado Sugar - 8.5 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2.1 oz
- Aquafaba - to taste
- Glutinous Rice Flour - 2.1 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Mini Chocolate Chips - 3.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Blend the avocado with sugar and cocoa powder until smooth.
Step 3
Whip the aquafaba in a mixer for 2–3 minutes until it reaches the consistency of whipped eggs.
Step 4
Add the flour, aquafaba, and baking soda to the blender with the avocado and mix until smooth.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a separate bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.
Step 6
Pour the batter into a baking dish greased with vegetable oil. Bake for 15–30 minutes.
