- Chopped almonds - 1 cup
- Hazelnut - 3 tablespoons
- Boiling water - 1 cup
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Granulated sugar - 1 cup
- Almond - 1 cup
- Glutinous Rice Flour - 1 cup

Finely chop the almonds.

Soak the dried cranberries in boiling water for 15 minutes.

Melt the butter.

Beat the eggs with sugar, then add the rice flour and almond flour.

Add the melted butter to the dough and mix well.

Drain the cranberries and place them in a sieve.

Add the cranberries and nuts to the dough.

Place the dough in a baking dish.
